 From October 1, 1999 to September 30, 2000, 25% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 2 or fewer inpatient cases.

From October 1, 1999 to September 30, 2000, 50% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 4 or fewer inpatient cases.

From October 1, 1999 to September 30, 2000, 75% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 7 or fewer inpatient cases.

From October 1, 1999 to September 30, 2000, the maximum number of cases done at an individual hospital was 82.
