 In 2003, 25% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 4 or fewer inpatient cases. In 2001, 25% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 5 or fewer inpatient cases. 

In 2003, 50% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 9 or fewer inpatient cases. In 2001, 50% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 10 or fewer inpatient cases. 

In 2003, 75% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 22 or fewer inpatient cases. In 2001, 75% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 24 or fewer inpatient cases. 

In 2003, the maximum number of cases done at an individual hospital was 450. In 200
1, the maximum number of cases done at an individual hospital was 442
