In 1998, 50% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 1 or fewer inpatient cases. 

In 1998, 75% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 2 or fewer inpatient cases. 

In 1998, the maximum number of cases done at an individual hospital  was 17.
