 In 2003, 25% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 15 or fewer inpatient cases. In 2000, 25% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 16 or fewer inpatient cases. In 1998, 25% were done at a hospital with 18 or fewer cases.

In 2003, 50% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 33 or fewer inpatient cases. In 2000, 50% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 31 or fewer inpatient cases. In 1998, 50% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 30 or fewer cases.

In 2003, 75% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 53 or fewer inpatient cases. In 2000, 75% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 55 or fewer inpatient cases. In 1998, 75% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 54 or fewer cases.

In 2003, the maximum number of cases done at an individual hospital was 144. In 2000, the
maximum number of cases done at an individual hospital was 165. In 1998, the maximum number of cases was 156.
