 Between October 1, 1999 and September 30, 2000, 25% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 17 or fewer inpatient cases.

Between October 1, 1999 and September 30, 2000, 50% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 32 or fewer inpatient cases.

Between October 1, 1999 and September 30, 2000, 75% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 47 or fewer inpatient cases.

Between October 1, 1999 and September 30, 2000, the maximum number of cases done at an individual hospital was 237.
