 In 2002, 25% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 113 or fewer inpatient cases. In 2001, 25% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 137 or fewer inpatient cases. In 2000, 25% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 160 or fewer inpatient cases.  

In
2002, 50% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 222 or fewer inpatient cases. In 2001, 50% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 201 or fewer inpatient cases. In 2000, 50% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 233 or fewer inpatient cases.

2002, 75% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 412 or fewer inpatient cases. In 2001, 75% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 360 or fewer inpatient cases. In 2000, 75% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 364 or fewer inpatient cases.
