In 2001, 25% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 8 or fewer inpatient cases.

In 2001, 50% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 19 or fewer inpatient cases.

In 2001, 75% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 42 or fewer inpatient cases.

In 2001, the maximum number of cases done at an individual hospital  was 314.
