Distribution of Cases Among Hospitals

 In 1998, 25% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 7 or fewer inpatient cases. For the period 7/1/97 - 6/30/98, 25% were done at a hospital with 8 or fewer cases.  

In
1998, 50% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 19 or fewer inpatient cases. For the period 7/1/97 - 6/30/98, 50% were done at a hospital with 20 or fewer. 

In
1998, 75% of the cases were performed at a hospital which did 46 or fewer inpatient cases. For the period 7/1/97 - 6/30/98, 75% were done at a hospital with 43 or fewer. 

In
1998, the maximum number of cases done at an individual hospital  was 212. The maximum for the period 7/1/97 - 6/30/98 was 204
